Order Acceptance and Cancellation
You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms of Sale, all products and services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept any orders in our sole discretion. After having received your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. Acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract of sale between thehealersproject.com and you will not take place unless and until you have received your order confirmation email. Prices and Payment
All prices posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by us and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.
Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss
We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier/delivery. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. Items must be new and not worn. If you wear a item and return it we will simply ship it back to you. All items are inspected upon return. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Shipping fees can be a real hassle for us all so please carefully read our policy prior to making a purchase.
Shipping and handling fees are non refundable (exceptions may apply). This includes deductible costs; for orders that fall below the free shipping minimum requirement, eg; if part of the order is returned, total shipping cost will be withheld. Also, the total shipping cost for free shipping orders will be withheld should the order be returned.
Refunds from international returns will not include shipping costs. There is also no re-shipping. Items undeliverable by couriers will be refunded, upon return to our facility and re-added to stock so please carefully enter your shipping information and double check the items in your order before final checkout. This will help lower shipping errors, making less hassle for you. Also keep track of your package with the provided tracking number. If an email with order confirmation accompanied by a tracking number is not received within 48 hours from purchase please contact our customer service.
All sales are final on items purchased during a sale.

Due to normal changes in our industry and in our technical production processes, we may reasonably deviate from the descriptions and information found in its brochures, catalogues, and other documents with respect to material, color, weight, measurements, design, or other features.
We may use subcontractors or third parties to provide certain elements of its site and service. You agree that we will not be liable to you in any way for your use of these services.
You use the Site and service at your own risk. We are not responsible for the actions, content, information, or data of third parties. We are not liable to you for any lost profits or other consequential, special, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of or relating to the site and service or any agreement between you and us, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the site and service or any agreement between you and us may not exceed the lesser $100 or the amount of cash actually exchanged between you and us within the past six months.
